Raw Cacao Slab


1.5 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 Cup of melted Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons honey or vegan alternative
Pinch of sea salt
Chopped nuts & Dried Fruit (our favs are pistachio and dried cranberries)



  • Line the baking tray or Pyrex dish with baking paper. For the quantity above we normally use an 30x20cm baking tray
  • Melt the coconut oil in the microwave for a few seconds and then add the cacao powder, add the honey and sea salt and stir thoroughly
  • Pour into the baking tray and then sprinkle the chopped nuts and dried fruit evenly on top
  • Leave to set in the fridge for 30-45 mins
  • Store in the fridge and enjoy guilt free chocolate at your pleasure!
