These are simple to make and taste amazing as a little 3pm snack!
100g Cashews100g Almonds
225g Medjool Dates (pitted)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of vanilla powder
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil1/4 Cup Agave Syrup
85g Cacao Powder
Place all the nuts into a food processor and process until they have been broken down into small pieces. Add the salt and vanilla powder and pulse.
Add the dates and process until the mixture becomes sticky, you should be able to roll this into balls. If it does not combine, add one or two more dates.
Roll the mixture into balls and place in the freezer while you prepare your chocolate.
Mix all chocolate ingredients into a bowl until combined.
Take the balls out the freezer, place on a stick and dip them into the chocolate. Place them back onto a plate and put back in the freezer to set the chocolate. If you have enough chocolate left over, repeat this stage for an extra chocolatey layer 🙂
If you want to add an extra crunch, sprinkle some nuts on the wet chocolate before putting it back in the freezer.
