250ml low fat natural Greek style yogurt (we use Fage Total 0%)
Clove of Garlic
Juice of half a lemon
Handful of dill
Salt & pepper
Chop the garlic as fine as possible, and grate the cucumber (remove the core so that it isn’t too watery). Mix into the greek yogurt and add the lime juice with two pinches of salt and black pepper. Finely chop the dill and combine well.
Drizzle with a table spoon of olive oil and a little more dill…voila! Serve its warm pitta bread, our chopped raw celery and peppers.
