Cranberry and Orange Oat Balls

Now these are super easy to make and once done, I eat them at all times of the day – they contain fruit so breakfast is acceptable, pre gym snack for energy or just something to satisfy the sweet tooth on your 3pm tea break.

INGREDIENTS

Makes approximately 8 balls

110g Medjool Dates (approx. 5 dates)
25g Coconut Oil
Zest of 2 Oranges
Juice of 1 Orange
1 tbsp Agave Syrup
25g Desiccated coconut
150g Oats
50g Dried Cranberries
1 tsp Cinnamon


METHOD

In a food processor, add the dates, coconut oil, orange juice, agave and desiccated coconut and blend until the dates have broken down.

Pour this mixture in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients (oats, orange zest, dried cranberries and cinnamon.) Combine everything by hand until you have a mixture which is mouldable.

Split the mixture into 8 parts and roll with your hands into the ball shapes. Once done, just store in the fridge until you want to eat them!

Simple as that!
